Product features

Microstructure: BAINite and/or ferrite is the main matrix, and a small amount of martensite, residual austenite and pearlite are usually distributed.

Performance characteristics: fine grain size, high tensile strength. Compared with biphase steel of the same tensile strength, its yield strength is obviously much higher, and it has the characteristics of high bending performance and pore reaming performance. The steel has high energy absorption capacity and excellent flanging formability.

Main applications: chassis suspension parts, B pillar, bumper, seat rail, etc.
