Product Description
Define
The carbon content is less than 2.11%, in addition to iron, carbon and silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and other impurities within the limit, does not contain other alloying elements of iron and carbon alloy. The carbon content of industrial carbon steel is generally 0.05%~1.35%. The properties of carbon steel mainly depend on the carbon content. With the increase of carbon content, the strength and hardness of steel increase, while the plasticity, toughness and weldability decrease.

Define
Low carbon steel for carbon content less than 0.25% of carbon steel, because of its low strength, low hardness and soft, it is also known as mild steel. It includes most common carbon structural steel and a part of high quality carbon structural steel, mostly without heat treatment for engineering structural parts, some by carburizing and other heat treatment for wear-resistant mechanical parts. The annealed structure of low carbon steel is ferrite and a small amount of pearlite, which has low strength and hardness, good plasticity and toughness. Therefore, its cold formability is good, can be used to roll, bending, stamping and other methods for cold forming. The steel also has good weldability. Low carbon steel generally refers to the carbon content between 0.10~0.25% of steel. This kind of steel has low hardness and good plasticity, which is easy to use cold plastic deformation molding process, welding and cutting, and is often used to manufacture chains, rivets, bolts, shafts, etc.

Define
Steel that is plastically deformed into a desired shaped part by means of a mold and pressure at room temperature. Also known as stamping formed steel. Often in the form of steel plates or strips. It has good cold stamping formability, including 4 kinds of deep punching, bulging, extended flange and bending properties related to the main cold stamping process. Stamping steel is widely used in automobiles, tractors, instruments and household appliances, especially in the automobile manufacturing industry. Such as automobile covering parts and transverse beams. Stamping steel is developed with the development of automobile industry.

Double phase steel (DP steel), also known as complex phase steel. Steel consisting of martensite, austenite or bainite and ferrite matrix. Generally speaking, the steel composed of ferrite and austenitic phase is called duplex stainless steel, and the steel composed of ferrite and martensite phase is called duplex steel. Biphasic steel is made of low carbon steel or low alloy high strength steel by heat treatment in critical zone or controlled rolling. The yield strength σs and tensile strength σb of a typical duplex steel are 310MPa and 655MPa respectively. Dual-phase steel is used to make cold drawing, deep drawing forming complex components, also can be used as pipeline steel, chain, cold drawn steel wire, prestressed reinforcement and so on.

This is a weldable low carbon engineering structure steel. Its carbon content is usually less than 0.25%, compared with ordinary carbon structural steel has a higher yield point σs or yield strength σ0.2(30~80kgf/mm2) and yield strength ratio σs/σb(0.65~0.95), better cold and hot processing formability, good weldability, low cold brittle tendency, notch and aging sensitivity, And have better corrosion resistance to atmosphere, sea water and so on. Its alloying element content is low, generally below 2.5%, in the hot rolling state or after a simple heat treatment (not quenched and tempered state) after use.

A type of carbon steel. Carbon content of about 0.05%~0.70%, individual can be as high as 0.90%. It can be divided into two categories: common carbon structural steel and high quality carbon structural steel. The former contains more impurities, low price, used for performance requirements are not high, its carbon content is mostly below 0.30%, manganese content is not more than 0.80%, low strength, but good plasticity, toughness, cold deformation performance. High quality carbon structural steel is pure, less impurities, good mechanical properties, and can be used after heat treatment. According to the manganese content, they were divided into two groups: ordinary manganese content (less than 0.80%) and high manganese content (0.80%-1.20%).

Welded steel pipe, also known as welded pipe, is a steel pipe made of steel plate or strip after crimping forming. Welding steel pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, variety specifications, less equipment, but the general strength is lower than seamless steel pipe. The precision of precision welded pipe is more precise than that of ordinary welded pipe, and the process is also more strict. Welded pipe is generally lower, seamless pipe is generally on the difference.
