Welding method
As far as possible using mechanical machining method machining groove, cladding upward;
Weldment assembly is based on cladding, and the amount of misalignment is generally not more than 1/2 of the thickness of cladding.
309L filler material is recommended for cladding welding. When the thickness of the composite plate is less than 4mm, the same welding material as the transition layer and the cladding layer can be selected for the base welding. The composite plate is larger than 4mm
Can increase the welding thickness of the transition layer and base, and finally use carbon steel welding material to weld the base material.
