Difference between cold rolling and hot rolling

Cold rolling is rolling under the crystallization temperature. Hot rolled steel coil is used as raw material. After removing the oxide skin by pickling, the cold continuous rolling is carried out.

Hot rolling is carried on in the crystallization temperature above the rolling, hot rolling energy consumption is low, plastic processing is good, deformation resistance is low, work hardening is not obvious, easy to roll, reduce the energy consumption required for metal deformation.

Distinction

1.
