Product Description
Production process
Cold rolling is usually longitudinal rolling. The process of cold rolling production generally includes raw material preparation, pickling, rolling, degreasing, annealing, finishing, etc. Hot rolled products are used as raw materials for cold rolling. Phosphorus removal of raw materials is required before cold rolling to ensure clean surface of cold rolled products. Rolling is the main process to deform materials. The purpose of degreasing is to remove the lubricating grease attached to the rolled material when rolling, so as not to pollute the steel surface when annealing, and also to prevent the carburization of stainless steel. Annealing includes intermediate annealing and heat treatment of finished products. Intermediate annealing is to eliminate work hardening during cold deformation by recrystallization, so as to restore the plasticity of materials and reduce the deformation resistance of metals. The purpose of heat treatment of finished products is to eliminate hardening by recrystallization. It is also based on the technical requirements of the product to obtain the required organization and product performance. Finishing includes inspection, cutting, straightening, printing, classification and packaging. Cold rolled products have high packaging requirements to prevent surface scratches during transportation. In addition to the above process, some special products have their own special processes. For example, when rolling silicon steel plate, decarbonization annealing should be carried out before cold rolling, and coating, high temperature annealing, stretch straightening and tempering should be carried out after rolling.
Apply
Cold rolled strip is widely used, such as automobile manufacturing, electrical products, rolling stock, aviation, precision instruments, canned food, etc. Cold rolled sheet steel is the abbreviation of common carbon structural steel cold rolled sheet, also known as cold rolled sheet, commonly known as cold plate, sometimes mistakenly written as cold tied sheet. Cold plate is made of ordinary carbon structural steel hot rolled steel strip, after further cold rolling into a thickness of less than 4mm steel plate. Due to rolling at room temperature, does not produce iron sheet, therefore, cold plate surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, coupled with annealing treatment, its mechanical properties and process properties are better than hot rolled thin steel sheet, in many fields, especially in the field of home appliance manufacturing, has gradually replaced hot rolled thin steel sheet.
The steel described provides stamping, swing shearing, leveling, laser cutting, laser welding and strip processing, and we also have a professional logistics team to provide you with a full range of services.
