In view of this situation, on the basis of summarizing the successful experience of stainless steel pretreatment, the author adopted two-step pickling comprehensive treatment technology, and successfully studied the rapid pickling process of stainless steel at room temperature. The process can quickly remove the thick oxide skin on the surface of stainless steel at room temperature, especially the black skin and inclusions at the welding place have good removal effect, and the surface is clean and bright after pickling treatment, not easy to lose light and fade, and not yellowing.
Pickling process flow
